Charlie is one of the ghosts who appears in the episode "Ghoul Fools." He later appears in the episode "Séance Shméance" and the book Haunted Houseboat. In the episode "Ghoul Fools," he is part of Lord Poltergeist's crew but now works in the engine room on the haunted house boat.
