Charlie is one of the ghosts who first appears in the episode "Ghoul Fools." He later appears in the episode "Séance Shméance" and the book Haunted Houseboat. In the former, he is part of Lord Poltergeist's crew, and appears to be the one looking after the engine room on the haunted house boat. In the latter, he is one of the ghosts attracted by the scent of the Number 9 Sandwich.
Description
He is a skeleton ghost who has one eye in the center of his face and wears a purple bandana with light blue polka dots on his head.
Role in series
"Ghoul Fools"
During the song, he states that the crew sleeps in coffins and uses spider webs as pillows. He also tells Lord Poltergeist that their head gasket is broken and they need a new one. Later when they replace it, the houseboat starts breaking down. Poltergeist asks what is wrong, and Charlie tells him that the engine is on fire before it blows up.
"Séance Shméance"
He appears as a ghost returning to Rusty's Rib Eye and haunting the Krusty Krab.
