• Randy Cheeks - Sandy's twin brother. He was only mentioned in Rodeo Daze.
• Pa Cheeks - Sandy and Randy's father, who was only seen in the book Hooray for Dads. He was only mentioned in Sandy, SpongeBob and the Worm, in which SpongeBob imitated him.
• Ma Cheeks - Sandy and Randy's mother. According to Sandy in the game SpongeBob's Boating Bash, Ma Cheeks once said to Sandy "Karate them with Kindness."
• Dark Knight - Ancestor seen in Dunces and Dragons.
• Rosie Cheeks - Sandy and Randy's great aunt who mentioned in Pest of the West. She discovered oil in Spindletop, Texas.
• Scottish Cousin - a cousin of Sandy and Randy who was seen in Stanley S. SquarePants.
• Western Ancestor - a western ancestor of Sandy who was seen in the Pest of the West short, Saloon Door Sorrows.
