Randy Cheeks - Sandy's twin brother. He was only mentioned in Rodeo Daze.
Pa Cheeks - Sandy and Randy's father, who was only seen in the book Hooray for Dads. He was only mentioned in Sandy, SpongeBob, and the Worm, in which SpongeBob imitated him.

Ma Cheeks - Sandy and Randy's mother. According to Sandy in the game SpongeBob's Boating Bash, Ma Cheeks once said to Sandy "Karate them with kindness."
Dark Knight - Ancestor seen in Dunces and Dragons.
