A Poem (song) is the song Patrick wrote in gym class. The song had no sense, but was shorter than the other two songs he made in the episode, "[[Sing a Song of Patrick]]. It reads:

It no longer exists because Patrick ate it after he read the poem aloud. He regrets it's creation because as soon as he ate it, the teacher told him he was in gym class and had the other kids throw dogeballs at him. From then on, he found writing diffricult.
