A Poem (song) is the song Patrick wrote in gym class. The song had no sense, but was shorter than the other two songs he made in the episode, "Sing a Song of Patrick. It reads:
"Roses are blue, Violets are red, I havce to go to the bathroom and i have to go poop."
It no longer exists because Patrick pooped on it after he read the poem aloud.
