The chubby cop is a character who appears in the episode "Karen for Spot."
Description
He almost entirely resembles Policeman 2, except he's chubbier and has a different belt on his pants. Template:Section-expand

He is about to eat a donut until Template:Data:Links accidentally takes it and then flings it back to the cop's mouth.
