Trivia
Episode references
- In the opening of the episode, the Star house appears to be alive once again, just like in "House Hunting."[3]
- An alien version of Gale Doppler (entitled "Dale Goppler") appears in this episode, hosting an alien game show in space. Gale Doppler initially appeared as a one-off antagonist character in season 12's "Stormy Weather," reporting (and trying to take control) of the weather.
- GrandPat wears his daredevil outfit from "Pat-a-thon" when he canonballs into the party.
Cultural references
- The title of the episode is a parody of the 1957 romance film An Affair to Remember.
