Description
The lagoon is a typical lagoon that is populated with clams and a giant clam.
Role in episode/book
Mr. Krabs, SpongeBob, and Squidward come here after the former has obtained his one millionth dollar. They do clam fishing here, until Mr. Krabs' dollar gets eaten by the giant clam. Mr. Krabs is forced to give up half his body to a giant blue-lipped clam in the lagoon in a battle to win back his millionth dollar, which the clam had swallowed after SpongeBob hooked it from Mr. Krabs' butt while casting off his fishing rod.
