Clem is one of Plankton's Cousins. He is the leader of Plankton's Cousins. When he shook Plankton's hand you could tell it was dirty because it was on Plankton's hand. His name is reveled when he shook Plankton's hand. He is the same as Plankton eccept he is a lighter shade of green and he has blue a hat. He is hillbilly like the rest of Plankton's Cousins. When Mr. Krabs scares away all of Plankton's Cousins by tricking them that there is Plankton in Krabby Patties they all run accept clem because he said he can't read.
