The clown is a character who appears in the episode "Too Many Patricks."
Description
He is a clown who is either a fish or a human. He is tan colored with white makeup, blue eyelids, a red nose and pink lips. His forehead is wrinkled, his hair is green, and his dorsal fin is light blue. He wears a beige shirt, purple overalls, a red bow tie with orange polka dots, white gloves, red shoes and a small purple hat decorated with a pink feather.
Role in episode
The clown juggles for the children at a kid's birthday party. Patrick appears, and Incidental 115 tries to spray him with a hose, but hits the clown instead. The water washes off his face paint, revealing his human face, which makes the kids laugh at him. The clown angrily starts chasing Patrick with a kitchen tong, but he slips and punctures an inflatable castle, causing it to explode.
