"Comedic Conversation" (alternate titles: "Goofy Tip Toe"; "Boring Conversation") is a cover of "Comic Walk" and was composed by Nicolas Carr and Steve Marston. There is an underscore version.

Trivia

Most usages of the full mix only include the beginning of the track. The rest can only be heard in "Gullible Pants" and briefly in "I ♥ Dancing."
Despite this being a somewhat cover of "Comic Walk," the original track seems to have replaced this again after season 7.
