The commissioner is a character who appears in the episode "What's Eating Patrick?"
Description
He is an aquamarine colored fish who wears a light purple suit and black hat with a purple stripe.
Role in episode
He first appears in a flashback where Template:Data:Links fixes a wheel of his boat, and then says thanks before driving off. Later, he gives the belt to Template:Data:Links after he wins the Krabby Patty Eating Contest, but Patrick says he doesn't want it as it doesn't fit him.
Trivia
- His appearance is similar to Bikini Bottom's mayor.
