The commissioner is a character who appears in the episode "What's Eating Patrick?"
Description
He is an aquamarine fish who wears a light purple suit and black hat with a purple stripe.
Role in episode
He first appears in a flashback where Template:Data:Links fixes a wheel of his boat, and then thanks him before driving off. Later, he gives the belt to Template:Data:Links after he wins the Krabby Patty eating ontest, but Patrick says he does not want it as it does not fit him.

- His appearance is similar to the green mayor.
