Confess-A-Bear is a teddy bear that SpongeBob gave Patrick as a way to sneakily confirm that Patrick stole his prized jellyfishing net, Ol' Reliable, only to find out that Patrick accidentally dropped his toothbrush in the toilet, leading SpongeBob to run around screaming and brushing his tongue with his hands. It appeared only in the episode The Pink Purloiner.
