It is a fluffy, light brown, and light tan teddy bear with eyelashes and a burnt orange nose, holding a microphone in one of its paws. It is secretly voiced by SpongeBob so the secrets could go directly to him.
Role in episode
SpongeBob uses Confess-A-Bear to get Patrick to reveal what happened to his jellyfish net. As Patrick is hesitant to talk about what he did, SpongeBob starts to yell through the microphone, making Confess-A-Bear sound threatening.
Patrick, feeling pressured, reveals that he once mistakenly dropped SpongeBob's toothbrush in the toilet and did not wash it afterwards, prompting SpongeBob to run around screaming and panicking, trying to rid his tongue of any bacteria while Patrick thinks Confess-A-Bear is unhappy with him due to no response. ru:Мишка-собеседник
