Description
It consists of a gray tube with handlebars and pedals, on which a plunger cup is placed with a spring. There is a yellow bicycle bell on one of the holders.
Role in episode
Template:Data:Links finds a little cloud, whom he befriends and takes home, and names him Drizzle. The cloud gets away from SpongeBob, so he goes looking for him. Gale Doppler, a meteorologist, notices this and wants to catch Drizzle with a leaf blower. He walks past a woman advertising the Consti-Plunger 5000. The advertising is interrupted by SpongeBob shouting for Drizzle. Drizzle then appears and hides behind the plunger's advertising billboard so that Gale won't find him.
