The construction foreman is a fish that used to be a construction worker for the Bikini Bottom Construction Company, but later became a construction foreman in New Kelp City. He first appears in the episode "Skill Crane."
Description
He is a dark brown fish with dark gray lips. He wears a light green shirt and brown pants.
