The Criminal appears in "Bubble Buddy" eating a Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab. He is probably from the Bikini Bottom Jail.
Description
He has olive green skin and a dark olive green-striped dorsal fin, he also has three dark green spots on his head. He wears a black mask. He also has white and black stripes in his clothing, as typical prisoners wear. Many other similar criminals have made cameo appearances all throughout the series. He has scales on his back.
History
When Template:Data:Links and Bubble Buddy goes to the Krusty Krab, Template:Data:Links complains that Bubble Buddy can't eat at the Krusty Krab, and that his money is no good there.
