The Criminal appears in "Bubble Buddy" eating a Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab. He is most likely from the Bikini Bottom Jail.

History
When Template:Data:Links and Bubble Buddy go to the Krusty Krab, Template:Data:Links complains that Bubble Buddy can't eat at the Krusty Krab, and that his money is no good there.
