The criminal is a prisoner who first appears in the episode "Bubble Buddy," eating a Krabby Patty at the Krusty Krab. He also appears in the episodes "Cave Dwelling Sponge and "Pat the Horse."
Description
He has olive-green skin and a dark olive-green-striped dorsal fin. He also has three dark green spots on his head and wears a black mask. He has scales on his back and has black and white stripes on his clothing, as typical prisoners wear.
In "Cave Dwelling Sponge," he is seen wearing an orange prison uniform.
Role in series
"Bubble Buddy"
When Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links go to the Krusty Krab, Template:Data:Links complains that Bubble Buddy cannot eat at the restaurant and that his money is no good there. Template:Data:Links appears out of the cash register and says that everyone's money will be accepted. The scene then shows the criminal with a big bag of cash on the table, implying that stolen money is good money for the Krusty Krab.
