Mother of mercy!

— Crossing guard

The crossing guard[1] is a fish who appears in the episodes "Something Smells" and "Shrinking Stars."

Description

The crossing guard is a dark green fish with faded blue lips and light green arms and legs. She wears an orange raincoat and a faded blue hat. She also holds out a sign letting cars know when to stop and when to go.

Role in series

SpongeBob SquarePants

"Something Smells"

She is a crossing guard who stands in the middle of the crosswalk, ensuring that the pedestrians, in this case, Incidentals 109, 141, 144, 143, and 142, crossing the road do not get hit by any boats. Template:Data:Links, with bad breath, says "hi" to her once. The crossing guard smells SpongeBob's bad breath and runs away, dropping her sign on the ground and causing the children to cross the road at the same time.

The Patrick Star Show

"Shrinking Stars"

In a video game, she leads Kid 3, Incidental 163, and BunnyBunnsKids 2 until Template:Data:Links knocks them away.

Trivia

  • Both of the episodes that she appears in have similarly-begun-and-ended two-word titles ("S[...]ing S[...]s").
