The blue fish is an unknown "Crowd" incidental who appears in the episode "MuscleBob BuffPants," the book Comic Number 4, and the game Lights, Camera, Pants!

He is a basic blue colored fish with dark teal lips and darker blue fins who wears middle blue shorts.

The blue fish has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book that was based on the one episode that he appeared in and a game appearance.

He is one of the many audience members of the Anchor Toss who cheer for SpongeBob and later Sandy after he loses.
