The cursed toothbrush is a monster that the Flying Dutchman creates in the Kamp Koral: SpongeBob's Under Years episode "Boo Light Special."

Description

At first, it looks like an ordinary toothbrush, custom ordered by Rea and Roh. However, the Flying Dutchman turns the cursed toothbrush into a toothbrush/spider hybrid with various eyes on it and longer bristles. The cursed toothbrush also has a second form which looks like a giant purple spider with green eyes, white fangs, and toothbrushes for its legs.

Role in episode

Rea and Roh come in to the camp store and ask for a toothbrush. They neglect the ones the Dutchman offers in favor of their custom-ordered one; the Dutchman curses it, causing it to grow spider-like legs and multiple eyes. Rea and Roh accept the toothbrush and leave.

When the Dutchman checks on his curses, the toothbrush has mutated further and tied up Rea and Roh in their cabin, forcibly brushing their tooth. Later, Rea and Roh bring the toothbrush back to the store, and take advantage of the return policy to give it back to the Dutchman. It attacks him, and he leaves in frustration. When Krabs returns, the cursed toothbrush sneaks up behind him and attacks him.
