The DMV Tester is a character that appeared in the episode "SpongeBob LongPants."
Description
The DMV Tester is a tall purple fish that wears a lime green shirt with a purple bow tie. He is also nearly bald with a little bit of hair on the back on his head.
History
The DMV Tester is first seen where he was taking the road test with SpongeBob after he decided to try it out due to wearing long pants. After SpongeBob parked the vehicle after slamming into two others, the DMV Tester was originally going to fail SpongeBob and even send him to jail but decides to give him his license thanks to his long pants (which indirectly upsets Mrs. Puff). However, at the end of the episode, the DMV Tester tears up SpongeBob's license after seeing that he is wearing shorter pants.
