Daniel Kingsley "Dan" Povenmire (born September 18, 1963; age 62) was a crew member on the Nickelodeon shows Rocko's Modern Life and SpongeBob SquarePants. After leaving Nickelodeon, Povenmire teamed up with Jeff "Swampy" Marsh to create Phineas and Ferb and its spin-off Milo Murphy's Law. He is also heavily recognized for his work on Family Guy.
In addition to his writing and storyboarding credits on the show, Dan Povenmire makes a live-action appearance in "Krab Borg" as the man being chased by a robot in the movie that SpongeBob watches on TV. He also wrote the "Campfire Song Song" for "The Camping Episode."
