After leaving Nickelodeon, Povenmire teamed up with Jeff "Swampy" Marsh to create Phineas and Ferb and its spin-off Milo Murphy's Law. He is also recognized for his work on Family Guy.
He was the Human in the movie getting chase by the Live-action robot in the episode "Krab Borg."
He also wrote the "Campfire Song Song" for "The Camping Episode."
