Template:Person Aaron Springer (born September 5, 1973) is a former SpongeBob SquarePants TV series crew member.
Biography
Springer is a modern animator, episode writer, and storyboard artist. He is best known as a storyboard artist for American animated series SpongeBob SquarePants, Dexter's Laboratory, and Samurai Jack. He also has directed several episodes. He plays the drums in "Prehibernation Week." Recently, Springer created and co-directed the pilot episode for Korgoth of Barbaria in collaboration with Genndy Tartakovsky. Springer also was the voice of the animated character Laughing Bubble in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie in (2004). After Template:Data:Links, he left SpongeBob to direct episodes of Gravity Falls. He wrote on 71 episodes in total. He also wrote a few episodes of Disney's Mickey Mouse.
Springer was the only writer to have stayed after The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie; interestingly, Springer was the only veteran writer who did not write for Template:Data:Links.
Springer is currently working on a show for Disney, entitled Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer, it aired on Disney XD in early 2017.
