Synopsis
Mr. Krabs realizes Pearl has been watching the finals of the Mega Watts Dance Contest for 2 whole hours. He also realizes that the host, Tom Sturgeon, was his old friend. Pearl wants Mr. Krabs to let Tom visit so that her friends (Tina, Nina, etc.) will think he's coral (cool). Mr. Krabs agrees, so the next day, he tells SpongeBob that there will be a dance contest at the Krusty Krab. SpongeBob gets excited and tells Squidward he is going to practice.
After posting posters in Bikini Bottom, Patrick sees the poster. Then, he says he wants to practice. SpongeBob decides to help Patrick dance and decides not to dance. After a lot of practice, Tom Sturgeon is at the Krusty Krab with the judges (one of them is Pearl). Squidward, Sandy, Mrs. Puff, Plankton and Karen all show off their dance moves. Patrick is last, and despite his nervousness, he dances perfectly. Tom Sturgeon awards Patrick the winner's trophy. Then, everyone cheers for him as the book ends.
