Template:Person David Aloysius "Dave" Needham (born June 12, 1985; age Template:Age) is a British director, story artist, and art director, who has been active since 2001, working as a story artist, character designer, and storyboard artist on several animated projects, later joining the team and crew of the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise; to direct the spin-off movie Plankton: The Movie.
Biography
Needham has worked as an art director and storyboard artist on animated series such as Robotboy and The Amazing World of Gumball, he has also worked as a character designer on the Gorillaz: Clint Eastwood music video, and on animated films such as The Lego Batman Movie, and Smallfoot.
He began working at Nickelodeon as a story artist in The Penguins of Madagascar series, and in 2021 he made his debut as a film director for the Netflix film The Loud House Movie.
