David Hasselhoff (born July 17, 1952) is an actor who takes Template:Data:Links and Template:Data:Links back to Bikini Bottom in the climax of The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. He is best known for starring in the NBC series Baywatch and the 1980s science-fiction television series Knight Rider. He also appears in the the book, Cine-Manga book, the game, and Road Trip in 3-D!

History

He only appears in The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. SpongeBob and Patrick fight Dennis on his back and legs. His butt gets stabbed by Dennis; he does not feel any pain, but he does ask SpongeBob and Patrick to "take it easy back there." At the end of the movie, he gets burnt by King Neptune.

He is also very famous outside of the SpongeBob SquarePants world, but he only makes one appearance in the SpongeBob series. He seems to be part cyborg or android, as he is able to propel himself forward without swimming, like a motorboat. His pectorals extend outward, allowing him to place SpongeBob, Patrick, and King Neptune's crown in between them so they can reach Bikini Bottom in time.

Trivia

• Even though he isn't mentioned by name in the video game adaptation of the movie, SpongeBob almost mentions him before getting interrupted by Template:Data:Links in SpongeBob's Truth or Square.
  • However, in the GBA version, he is mentioned.
