Davy Jones was a person usually mentioned by Mr. Krabs as an insult. He is mentioned in many episodes as "Davy Jones' Locker," a place where all bad sea creatures stay in the afterlife, which makes it the underwater equivalent to Hell and the opposite of Atlantis, the underwater Heaven then.
In "SpongeBob vs. The Big One," Davy makes a live-action appearance to the Flying Dutchman, as he sings a few words of 'Daydream Believer,' as he was a member of "The Monkees," the group which originally sang that song. His locker is apparently like any school locker, filled with Davy's gym socks, which have a horrible smell.
In "Born Again Krabs," SpongeBob is banished to the locker, but Davy is not there.
