Description
The outside of Department of Motor Vehicles resembles an upside down car that is green in color. The words "Department of Motor Vehicles" and "Bikini Bottom" are on a sign and is lime green in color.
History
SpongeBob decided to go here so he can try his luck at getting a driver's license when wearing long pants. Mable can be seen passing the exam and the driving instructor most likey had given her license. Department of Motor Vehicles hasn't been seen again once SpongeBob took and later passed the driver's test.
