SpongeBob goes to his house and starts crying until Template:Data:Links shows him an abrasive sponge that will allow him to say no. Throughout the episode, abrasive sponge says bad things to SpongeBob's friends, until SpongeBob asks Template:Data:Links to help him get rid of the abrasive. At the end of the episode, SpongeBob's grandmother puts on an abrasive sponge, and yells at SpongeBob.
