Dr. Sileen[citation needed] is a doctor who works at Bikini Bottom Hospital. He only appears in the episode "The Lost Mattress."
Description
He is light emerald green with light green lips, light yellow eyes, and black pupils. He wears a white doctor's outfit, a stethoscope, and an operation light, on his head, along with a matching hat.
