Doctor 2 is a "Doctor" incidental that appears in the episode "Code Yellow."
Description
He is a pale yellow fish with a saw-shaped forehead and has a spiky reddish dorsal fin. He wears a white doctor's uniform along with teal pants and a head mirror.
Role in episode
He is one of the many doctors watching SpongeBob do Squidward's nose job, and is constantly amazed by SpongeBob's performances on the surgery along with all of the other doctors.
