- In The SpongeBob SquarePants Experience: A Deep Dive into the World of Bikini Bottom, he was falsely named Dr. Gill Gilliam, which was a name that was used for the snail doctor's orange colored variant.
Description
Doctor 2 is a slim, lavender fish. He is seen wearing a white doctor uniform with a green tie and a light yellow undershirt. He has large light purple lips and a lavender fin on his back, along with a head mirror.

Doctor 2 has made a few appearances throughout the series where he is regularly portrayed as a medical doctor.

"The Lost Mattress"
He treats Template:Data:Links' cash coma at the Bikini Bottom Hospital. Although he eventually starts constantly kicking him out of the hospital due to various different reasons.

He is Template:Data:Links's doctor in this episode, having replaced his laugh box with Template:Data:Links's, making Squidward's laugh sound just like his.

He is Spat's "doctor." This is the episode in which he reveals that he is an actor researching for the part. He later says that he does not get it.
