Character
Incidental D4,[1] also Incidental M4,[2] is a character who appears in the episodes "Code Yellow" and "Krusty Katering."
Description
He is a thin fish with a long neck, darker lips and mouth fins His eyes are located at the top of his head. In "Code Yellow", his skin is magenta and wears a dorctor mirror, a white coat and light blue pants.
In "Krusty Katering", he is light pink, he plays a soprano saxophone and wears a black tuxedo with a red bowtie and black shoes.
Role in series

He is part of the Bikini Bottom Hospital operating theater audience. He uses a baseball glove to catch the short doctor.
"Krusty Katering"
He is part of the band at Ms. Mildred's mansion. Two of him are in the flood.
