Description
He is a light brown fish, he has a dark brown fin and wears a tuxedo with a red bowtie and plays an instrument similar to a French horn.

He is part of the Bikini Bottom Hospital operating theater audience. Incidental 6's audience appearances are instead of him;[1] once, the fish resembles both.
