Description
He is a light purple fish with dark purple hair, a black mustache, a green jacket over a white shirt with a purple tie, green pants, and white boots.
Role in episode
Greenlight introduces himself to Mrs. Puff's class after claiming to be a new student and tells them about his own driving school, where he gives licenses faster and at a cheaper price. All of Mrs. Puff's students except Template:Data:Links leave for his driving school. He taunts Mrs. Puff while passing every one of his students.

Trivia
- When Greenlight is arrested, he quotes "I would've gotten away with it too, if it wasn't for the worst driver in the ocean." This is similar to the quote usually said in the Scooby-Doo franchise when the villain's plan is exposed.
