Donna is a minor character featured in the episode "Doing Time."
Description
She is a light teal fish with long blonde hair and a mole and spent time in the Bikini Bottom Jail. Donna looks like a woman but sounds like a man. She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama" and she really likes chili.
Biography
Donna was at Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and became friends with her.
