Description

She is a light-teal colored fish with long, blonde hair and a mole on her cheek. She spent time in the Bikini Bottom Jail. Donna is a woman, but has the voice of a man. She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama" and she is seen to like chili.

History

Donna appears at the Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and becomes friends with her.
