Donna is a minor character who appears in the episode "Doing Time" and the book Comic Number 13.
Description
She is a light teal fish with long, blonde hair, light orange lips, and a mole on her cheek. She wears a red-orange jumpsuit and hat. Donna is a woman, but her voice sounds masculine.
Role in series
Donna has appeared in only one episode so far, as well as a book that was based on the episode that she appeared in.

"Doing Time" / Comic Number 13
Donna appears at the Bikini Bottom Jail with Mrs. Puff and becomes friends with her as it is lunchtime. At the end of the episode, Mrs. Puff has a nightmare where Donna is a student of hers and is falling down the cliff just like Template:Data:Links did in the beginning of the episode.
Trivia
She calls Mrs. Puff "Puff Mama."
