Doggie Williams

Dougie Williams is a minor character in SpongeBob SquarePants. He has only been in one episode so far, Squirrel Jokes. He is a comedian who usually starts off the night by throwing pies at the audience. He resembles a common Bikini Bottomite, but with hair similar to a clown, clown shoes, a blue and white striped sweater, and a friendly smile. Dougie probably dosn't do jokes and instead throws pies at th audience.
