Dougie Williams is a character that only appears in "Squirrel Jokes." He is a comedian who usually starts off the night by throwing pies at the audience. Dougie probably doesn't do jokes and instead throws pies at the audience.
Appearance
He resembles a common Bikini Bottomite, but with hair similar to a clown, clown shoes, a blue and white striped sweater, and a friendly smile. Template:Stub
