He is a comedian who usually starts off the night by throwing pies at the audience. Dougie probably does not do jokes and instead throws pies at the audience. In "Mall Girl Pearl," he is shown as a store owner.

Description

He resembles a common Bikini Bottomite, but with hair similar to that of a clown, red clown shoes, a blue and white striped sweater, and a friendly smile. He is pale orange and light tan in color. His eyes also seem to not be forward-looking.
