Dougie Williams is a fish who appears in the episodes "Squirrel Jokes," "Mall Girl Pearl," and the online game Bikini Bottom Mysteries Search. He is a comedian who usually starts off the night by throwing pies at the audience. Dougie probably does not do jokes and instead throws pies at the audience.
Description
He resembles a common Bikini Bottomite, but with hair similar to that of a clown, red clown shoes, a blue and white striped sweater, and a friendly smile. He is pale orange and light tan in color. His eyes also seem to not be forward-looking.
