Dougie Williams is a fish who appears in the episodes "Squirrel Jokes," "Mall Girl Pearl," and the online game Bikini Bottom Mysteries Search.

Description

He resembles a common Bikini Bottomite, but with hair similar to that of a clown, red clown shoes, a blue and white striped sweater, and a friendly smile. He is pale orange and light tan in color. His eyes don't seem to be looking forward.

Role in series

"Squirrel Jokes"

He is a comedian who usually starts off the night by throwing pies at the audience, which is what he does at the beginning to set up the Komedy Krab stage show.

"Mall Girl Pearl"

He is one of the many characters seen in the background at the Bikini Bottom Mall. He is shown walking by when Pearl is eating a Hotdog on a String.
