Dr. Manowar is a greenish fish that is known for the only person to survive a sting from Big Lenny. He has a big fat red scar from were he got stung and he says that the scar only hurts if you touch it (which Patrick does). He has a white shirt with brown pants and a tie. He also wears glasses. He only appears in the episode I'm Your Biggest Fanatic. He is giving a speech about his scar when Patrick comes up and touches the scar. His named is punned on the dangerous jellyfish Portugese "man-of-war".
