Dr. Plankenstein is the master and creator of SpongeMonster. He first appears in "Stair Wars" and is a recurring character in The Patrick Star Show.
Description
He resembles Sheldon J. Plankton with hair sticking out the sides of his head and one eye with a large eyebrow. He wears a collared undershirt and tie with an overcoat.
